You deserve support that helps you feel informed, grounded and confident in your decisions.
Hi there! I’m Megan (she/her), a birth doula and lactation educator supporting families throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs.
I know pregnancy, birth and postpartum can quickly become overwhelming. The information is endless, the advice is conflicting and, to top it off, our healthcare system often leaves little room for the individualized care families deserve. My role as your doula is to help you feel informed, grounded and connected to your own intuition as I walk alongside you through decisions that feel right for you and your family.
Birth is not a paint-by-numbers experience and your support shouldn’t feel that way either. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, know you want an epidural, are navigating an induction or cesarean birth, or don’t know what feels right for you yet, you deserve care that is evidence-based, judgment-free and centered around your values and goals.
How I found my way here.
Like many doulas, my path to birthwork began with my own pregnancies and births. Finding my voice and my power throughout my pregnancies, labors and births ultimately changed the direction of my life and work. Now, it’s an incredible privilege to support families through one of the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of their lives.
Outside of doula work, I’m usually spending time with my husband, our two daughters and elder pup. Before parenthood and a pandemic hit, you could find me skiing, hiking, trying new restaurants, convincing my husband to take on a house project we probably should have left to professionals or binging a favorite show. Now, you’re more likely to find me with my family at a local park, swimming pool or in our backyard. A meaningful conversation over any fun beverage is the way to my heart.
I’m excited to get to know you!

More on my experience & training.
What started as countless hours listening to birth podcasts and reading every story I could find has grown into a deep commitment to learning and serving families. Over the years, that curiosity has led me through a variety of trainings and hands-on experiences that shape the way I support birthing people and their partners today.
