  • Lactation Education & Support

Feeding your baby is a learning process. One that is emotional and full of newness. I want you to move into this chapter with clarity, confidence, and the reassurance that you’re not in it alone.

My lactation support is designed to help you understand how breastfeeding works before your baby arrives, so you can begin with realistic expectations, a solid foundation, and tools that actually feel doable. However you are planning to feed your baby, you’ll be met with care that honors your goals and your family’s needs.

    SUPPORT INCLUDES:

    Two-hour in-home prenatal session, to:

Walk through the basics of how establishing your milk supply works

Learn positioning, latching, and practical techniques to build confidence

Talk about feeding rhythms in the early days

Prepare you to navigate common challenges with realistic strategies

Make space for your questions, concerns, and goals

Once your baby is born, I’m here to support you in real time. For two weeks following the birth of your baby, you’ll have virtual access to me for questions, troubleshooting, and check-ins — a gentle safety net as you and your baby learn each other.

If you need more hands-on help, in-person follow-up visits are available for an additional fee. Sometimes a little extra support makes all the difference, and we’ll figure out what feels right for you.
